Just sic something fast, disposable, and mildly survivable on them and you should be able to effectively remove that unit from the game. Note: the majority of their shooters are garbage in CC so you don't even really have to worry about your own stuff getting wiped out. Necrons are usually most effective when shooting, so if you neuter them that way there's not much they can do. (Your goal is not necessarily to kill them, so much as prevent them from being able to shoot. Most games won against Decuri'Crons are done so by out scoring them this way). I'm mainly concerned I've picked the wrong special weapons and armed the Stormraven wrongly, any thought? Is it too choppy and needs more emphasis on shooting? Vindicator needs to try to move up and get a good shot off on a priority target. 2nd Turn would be Death Company and Assault Marines. The "Archangels Sanguine WIng" all arrives on a single reserve roll, and the Stormraven can carry the dreadnought Cassor the Damned as well, meaning Turn 1 can see 10 Sternguard, 20 Vanguard, a Stormraven and a Dreadnought arrive. If your opponent is taking a "power build" you won't stand much of a chance. If this is your first game, you won't understand how unbelievably tough they are, until after the game. You'll be straight-up outclassed by the Necron codex. assuming you resolve the Lascannons First. So if you pen with the Lascannons, you resolve the AC at the lower AV. Remember that in 7th, shots are resolved by group. As a fast vehicle, you can move a good distance, still fire the two LC and either snap or regular fire the AC at the reduced AV. If they're using lots of ground-based vehicles, then Preds with AC / 2x LC can be handy. So Land Raiders are about as easy to glance to death as a Rhino. Necron Gauss weaponry glances a vehicle on a pen roll of 6, regardless of strength. It's nice to fire into a big chunk of Warriors, if your opponent is going that route.
